s[TOR-Y]telling: Closed Loop

No script. No rails. No cloud.

You are the narrator of a story no one wrote. The AI that plays every character runs entirely on your PC — private, offline, yours. The cast improvises around anything — and every interaction drives the Closed Loop.

Steam Next Fest — October 2026 Launch — October 28, 2026 $14.99 · R$ 39,99 Windows · Linux · Mac

Everything above is real gameplay — every AI line was generated by the game itself.

What is it?

Talk your way out of a Yakuza interrogation by insisting you're Santa Claus. Adopt a mischievous cat. Challenge a berserker barbarian to a bake-off. In s[TOR-Y]telling: Closed Loop, a local large language model plays every character and improvises the whole story in response to whatever you do — no cloud, no account, no subscription, and nothing you type ever leaves your machine. Sandbox sessions feed a hand-authored cinematic visual novel: your interactions drive which paths open. That's the Closed Loop.

The first genuinely fun consumer showcase for local AI.

Will it run?

Multiplayer guests need no GPU at all — the AI runs on the host, so any 64-bit PC with 8 GB RAM can join. Single-player and hosting recommend a 12 GB VRAM GPU (RTX 3060-class). Offline single-player; multiplayer over Steam. In English and Brazilian Portuguese — both native.
